DNA: Analysis of why reservation is taking an ugly turn in India - Part II

Umar Khalid and Kanhaiya kumar Says yes they organized the event and were against hanging of Afjal Guru .

Below is the video of zee news where umar khalid and kanhaiya are present and says they organized the event on 9 Feb and aware fully of those slogans . and you can find aaj tak interview of Afjal guru Committing that he was directly involved in Parliament attack.
It is sad that how kanhaiya replaces the 9th February incident with a completely different topic i.e. Current Govt vs Oppressed students/people. How he got the nerve of a common man of our country and pressed it projecting himself as one of them and the revolutionary savior. How skillfully he projected himself as an oppressed student, a poor man, a victim .

Did supporters of Anti-Modi or Anti-BJP Campaign unconsciously or consciously started supporting Anti-nationals in India ? || Forgetting Country Comes First .

You must have heard phrases like Anti-Modi , Anti-BJP , Anti-RSS OR Anti Nationals a lot now a days .I don't know when did hate for a party or person become so appealing that They even forget that country comes first.

Following are the acts From last and this year which directly or indirectly hearts feeling of an Nationalist / Patriotic person .

1.

Former union minister and Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar on Nov 2015  says during a panel discussion on a Pakistani news channel, that Prime Minister Narendra Modi needs to be removed if talks between the two nations have to resume
Source : http://indiatoday.intoday.in/video/modi-has-to-be-removed-for-indo-pak-talks-to-go-mani-shankar-aiyer/1/524689.html

2. Owaisi wants Yakub Memon to not be hanged and says :
The killers of Rajiv Gandhi and Beant Singh have the backing of political parties in Tamil Nadu and Punjab. Which political party is backing Yakub Memon?
Says Yakub memon is given capital punishment because he is a Muslim . what a non sense
Out of the 1414 people given capital punishments in free India, 72 have been Muslim. That is almost 5%.
There were more intellectual who were against this.

3. Operation Green Hunt :
When 76 CRPF jawans were massacred at Dantewada in April 2010. In order to celebrate their killings, JNU Forum Against War on People formed by Members of Democratic Students Union (DSU) and All India Students Association (AISA) organized an event. This event was organized to celebrate the killings of CRPF Jawans and to oppose "Operation Green Hunt".

4.

Anti National Slogans in JNU : this is the current issue which divert or give theories on Anti-Modi campaigners slowly started supporting anti national elements which are for sure very few in numbers.
Most of the supporters , kanhaiya himself are from communist party or have an ideology same to communist party .  And some  supporting people even don't  know what communism is. All they know is something is going on against Modi or say BJP, So  let's support that. But they are forgetting country comes first .

Kashmir is an integral part of India both legally and logically. Instrument of Accession (Jammu and Kashmir) is signed by Ruler of Kashmir , Hari Singh. Kashmir became a part of India by a legal process.
These leftist hate Mr.Modi , they oppose every thing that Modi does. If Modi do Yoga , They think Yoga is Communal. If Modi say "Vande Matram" , they think "Vande Matram" is Communal. If Modi use "Tiranga" , they think tiranga is communal. AAP supporters also hate Modi and that's why they are also supporting them.

RAHUL GHANDI : Knowing the fact that these people are opposing the decisions made by Congress Government , Rahul Gandii still supports them. Yes , this is called the "Politics of Vote Bank".
Rahul Gandhi went there to extend his support to JNU students who were protesting against the hanging of Afzal. Afzal was hanged 3 years ago and it was UPA government at that time. So, I didnt really understand if Rahul Gandhi is supporting students against himself?? And students also seemed quite happy to have his support.

Doesn't Kamlesh Tiwari have the "Right to Speech" and "Right to Live" ?
If disrespecting Mohammad is a Crime in India as it hurts someone religious Sentiments and it should be punishable , we all condemned it  same as we all condemned Malda incident.
Then disrespecting Mother India should also be a Crime as our religious sentiments are hurt.
Like Kamlesh Tiwari , they should also be booked under "National Security Act".

Arvind kejriwal is just supporting anti-national element of JNU for his hunger of anti-modi idea and want to join the anti-modi political row though he knows everything about JNU. once in 2007 he came in JNU as a public speaker under banner of YFE(youth for equality) the student wing who opposes reservation and he gave speech against reservation and he was highly criticized that time by leftist of jnu now i am surprised after seeing the bounding of friendship between leftist of JNU and arvind kejriwal.
He really has this hidden talent to connect anything to modi. So, according to him the student who was identified from the video clip by police are innocent. (If he is talking about student who got harassed by the police in campus without proof then I could have supported his views).

NDTV : Bharka dutt , Ravish Kumar , Nidhi Razdan and more these people took this anti nationals to next Level , making them national Heros , Shame .....

Freedom to speech is valid till the time it does not hurts others sentiments.
One thing which  we all need to understand is hating a leader (Narendra Modi) or an ideology (right wing) is ok. But that is quite different from hating your country. These people have crossed the line and the real culprits (not all students) should be punished.
And one last thing which we all (including our Social Media) needs to understand is real definition of secularism. In India secularism has turned in to being against Hindu , Muslim , lower caste Hindu , Modi , BJP . Please we had enough of this. Don't divide us further.
When its about our country we should rise above region, religion, party, ideology. Its the country that should get the prime importance.
Thanks

Paid Media || Why Media portraying Kanhaiya Kumar as a National Hero || Are our Media Controlled by Politicians || Our Media is Biased ?

Our Media is Biased ? , It may be possible only is they are controlled by some one who is biased , Many of the media houses in India are actively or passively controlled by the Politicians.
As from recent incidents : JNU & Rohit Vemula , Our media reactions forced us to think that there is something wrong with them .

Paid-media-biased-media

What Political Benifit in it ,

They needed a personality who could influence the minds of the masses ,  Some are using Kanhaiya kumar , some our respected PM , We as educated citizens should form an opinion about somebody only after having sufficient knowledge and not base our opinion on Media Reports or Political Statements.
And why we should form an opinion about someone only after having sufficient knowledge , because of following , Below are the list of TV Channels owned by Politicians or biased Thinkers .

1. NDTV

NDTV is owned by Prannoy Roy. The NDTV group owns NDTV India, NDTV Good Times, NDTV 24×7 and NDTV Profit and other channels. NDTV is known to be sympathetic to communists. The Bengali Roy is married to Radhika Roy whose sister is Brinda Karat a Rajya Sabha member of CPI(M). Brinda Karat is married to Prakash Karat who is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). This is the reason why NDTV is particular, is portraying Kanhaiya as a National Hero .

2. IBN Lokmat
Rajendra Dadra, the Minister of School Education of Maharashtra and his brother Vijay Dadra, a Rajya Sabha member, both of Congress, control Lokmat which is the largest selling Marathi newspaper in Maharashtra. The group also owns IBNLokmat in association with the TV18 group.

3.News 24
Rajeev Shukla, among other things is the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Planning and the secretary of the All India Congress Committee. He controls News 24 with his wife Anuradha Prasad. They also own Aapno 24 and E24. Interestingly Anuradha Prasad is the sister of BJP leader, Ravi Shankar Prasad.

4.India News

India News is owned by Karthikeya Sharma, brother of Manu Sharma who was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Jessica Lal murder case. Karthikeya Sharma owns the ITV Media group that operates many news channels including News X. Karthikeya and Manu are sons of Congress leader Venod Sharma.

5.Sun TV

Even with all this political control of television in Tamil Nadu, the top honors go to DMK chief Karunanidhi’s nephew Kalanithi Maran. He controls Sun TV, Sun News, KTV, Sun Music, Chutti TV, Sumangali Cable, Adithya TV, Chintu TV, Kiran TV, Khushi TV, Udaya Comedy, Udaya Music, Gemini TV, Gemini Comedy and Gemini Movies. Karunanidhi himself owns Kalaignar TV and a close associate M. Raajhendran owns Raj TV and Raj Digital Plus.

6.Jaya TV

Named after its owner, Jaya TV is owned by Jayalalithaa, the AIADMK chief. She also owns Jaya Max, Jaya Plus and J Movie. She owns all this through the holding company Mavis Satcom Ltd. But she is not alone in Tamil Nadu to own television channels.

7.Times Now and ToI Group

Times Now is part of the Times group which is a very big media house which operates Times of India, Mid-Day, Nav-Bharath Times, Stardust, Femina, Vijay Times, Vijaya Karnataka and Times Now. Times Group is owned by Bennet & Coleman. The Italian Robertio Mindo who has a share in the group is a close relative of Sonia Gandhi.

So it is clear that media houses are very much controlled by Politicians, if not actively then passively. This is the reason why NDTV is particular, is portraying Kanhaiya as a National Hero, whereas Times Now is showing opposite or not relaying him at all , and one more reason no one can raise voice in front of Arnub .

And My opinion on Matter is  :

Being a Representative of the students association it was kanhaiya's responsibility to stop such activity in the campus or at-least condemn it but what he is doing just criticizing other political party.
The Congress (in fact just the one single family — the Nehru dynasty) has been in power for 56 of the last 65 years of independence.and that matter a LOT.

Thanks and Jay Hind .

Kanhaiya Kumar is not voice of JNU || JNU is not Anti national || Wrong Facts by Kanhaiya Kumar in his Speech

Today we got message from an JNU Student with some facts That :
JNU is not anti-national
and that's true Because of some immoral people why to label JNU as Anti Nationals #JNUisnotantinational

Kanhaiya Kumar says that BJP polled 31% votes in Lok Sabha, so 69% against it.
1. BJP didn't contest on all 543 seats.
2. The total vote share of NDA is impressive 48%
3. In a small university like JNU, Kanhaiya secured 1029 votes out of 8402 eligible voters (figure of 7500 is incorrect in this news report). This is 12.24% implying a massive 88% JNU students are not with you,

So With only 1029 Votes He thinks he can represent JNU , NO way.

Comments provided from JNU Student  .
The fallacy of - JNU students shout slogan therefore they are anti-national.As per JNU data we have around 8400 students…Also, as per primary evidence 15-20 students were shouting disturbing slogan. 20/8400 = 0.24 per cent were shouting anti-India slogan; remember I have taken the maximum no. 20.Around, 150 students attended the event knowingly as well as unknowingly ….150/8400 = 1.78 per cent. Even if we take all students including organiser attending the event together, then 98 per-cent students were not in the picture.
Being a Representative of the students association it was kanhaiya's responsibility to stop such activity in the campus or at-least condemn it but what he is doing just criticizing other political party

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF MAHASHIVRATRI , Om Namay Shivaya

Mahashivratri is very significant for people who are on the spiritual path. It is also very significant for people who are in family situations, and also for the ambitious in the world. People who live in family situations observe Mahashivratri as Shiva’s wedding anniversary. Those with worldly ambitions see that day as the day Shiva conquered all his enemies.
But, for the ascetics, it is the day he became one with Mount Kailash. He became like a mountain – absolutely still. In the yogic tradition, Shiva is not worshipped as a God, but considered as the Adi Guru, the first Guru from whom the knowledge originated. After many millennia in meditation, one day he became absolutely still. That day is Mahashivratri. All movement in him stopped and he became utterly still, so ascetics see Mahashivratri as the night of stillness.
Legends apart, why this day and night are held in such importance in the yogic traditions is because of the possibilities it presents to a spiritual seeker. Modern science has gone through many phases and arrived at a point today where they are out to prove to you that everything that you know as life, everything that you know as matter and existence, everything that you know as the cosmos and galaxies, is just one energy which manifests itself in millions of ways.
This scientific fact is an experiential reality in every yogi. The word “yogi” means one who has realized the oneness of the Existence. When I say “yoga,” I am not referring to any one particular practice or system. All longing to know the unbounded, all longing to know the oneness in the Existence is yoga. The night of Mahashivratri offers a person an opportunity to experience this.
understanding-forms-of-shiva
Shivratri, is the darkest day of the month. Celebrating Shivratri on a monthly basis, and the particular day, Mahashivratri, almost seems like celebration of darkness. Any logical mind would resist darkness and naturally opt for light. But the word “Shiva” literally means “that which is not.” “That which is,” is existence and creation. “That which is not” is Shiva. “That which is not” means, if you open your eyes and look around, if your vision is for small things, you will see lots of creation. If your vision is really looking for big things, you will see the biggest presence in the existence is a vast emptiness. A few spots which we call galaxies are generally much noticed, but the vast emptiness that holds them does not come into everybody’s notice. This vastness, this unbounded emptiness, is what is referred to as Shiva. Today, modern science also proves that everything comes from nothing and goes back to nothing. It is in this context that Shiva, the vast emptiness or nothingness, is referred to as the great lord, or Mahadeva.
Every religion, every culture on this planet has always been talking about the omnipresent, all-pervading nature of the divine. If we look at it, the only thing that can be truly all-pervading, the only thing that can be everywhere is darkness, nothingness, or emptiness. Generally, when people are seeking well-being, we talk of the divine as light. When people are no longer seeking well-being, when they are looking beyond their life in terms of dissolving, if the object of their worship and their sadhana is dissolution, then we always refer to the divine as darkness.
Light is a brief happening in your mind. Light is not eternal, it is always a limited possibility because it happens and it ends. The greatest source of light that we know on this planet is the sun. Even the sun’s light, you could stop it with your hand and leave a shadow of darkness behind.
But darkness is all-enveloping, everywhere. The immature minds in the world have always described darkness as the devil. But when you describe the divine as all-pervading, you are obviously referring to the divine as darkness, because only darkness is all-pervading. It is everywhere. It does not need any support from anything. Light always comes from a source that is burning itself out. It has a beginning and an end. It is always from a limited source. Darkness has no source. It is a source unto itself. It is all-pervading, everywhere, omnipresent. So when we say Shiva, it is this vast emptiness of existence. It is in the lap of this vast emptiness that all creation has happened. It is that lap of emptiness that we refer to as the Shiva.
In Indian culture, all the ancient prayers were not about saving yourself, protecting yourself or doing better in life. All the ancient prayers have always been “Oh lord, destroy me so that I can become like yourself.”
So when we say Shivratri, which is the darkest night of the month, it is an opportunity for one to dissolve their limitedness, to experience the unboundedness of the source of creation which is the seed in every human being. Mahashivratri is an opportunity and a possibility to bring yourself to that experience of the vast emptiness within every human being, which is the source of all creation.
On the one hand, Shiva is known as the destroyer. On the other, he is known as the most compassionate. He is also known to be the greatest of the givers. The yogic lore is rife with many stories about Shiva’s compassion. The ways of expression of his compassion have been incredible and astonishing at the same time. So Mahashivratri is a special night for receiving too.
It is our wish and blessing that you must not pass this night without knowing at least a moment of the vastness of this emptiness that we call as Shiva. Let this night not just be a night of wakefulness, let this night be a night of awakening for you.

Padmabhushan awardee Anupam Kher took the intolerant-battle to Justice Ashok Ganguly and the Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi-led Congress party like no one ever!
The response from the crowd was a jubilant one and were in all praise of Anupam Kher. The 60-year-old actor explained how the Congress party was an epitome of intolerance by taking pot-shots at Rahul Gandhi, and how did they had implemented Emergency in 1974. Kher was visibly irate with how things are going on at the moment in the country. Looking at the blazing speech delivered by Kher,
Below is the short version 11 min from 2 hour long debate :

Why didn't India become a communist country

India could have become a communist nation, but for a complex historical confluence of some factors. I present a detailed analysis of the same below.

To begin, let us understand what "Communism" in simple terms means.
  • Simply put, when the resources of the economy and all means of production & distribution are held by the community, and private property is disallowed, you have created a communist society.
  • At its peak, a communist society would be "classless, caste-less, government-less and even State-less". Quite a shocker!
  • It is obvious that this ideal state is not only difficult to achieve, it is even slightly incomprehensible to the normal mind. Communism, as the extreme radical version of Socialism, aims at bringing extreme change immediately.
  • That, obviously, is not possible without great upheavals mostly achieved through bloody and violent means. Example - Mao Tse-tung getting his communists to shoot to death nearly 20 lac (2 million) rural landlords immediately (i.e. by 1952) after establishing the P.R.C. in 1949!

  • Lastly, communism is not just about the economy. It is about the society and individuals adhering to one standard formula of existence.

In brief, what are the alternatives to this "Communist" state of being?
1. Capitalist, and 2. Mixed

In the Capitalist model, the State takes a back-seat, and allows mostly private entities to run the economy, while it busies itself with taxation, regulation and governance. It follows a laissez-faire policy of minimal interference. This creates space for billionaire businesses and individuals to flourish.

In the Mixed model, you select some of the desirable elements of Capitalism, some of Socialism, and create a khichdi, and hope it works well for everyone. This assumes that the public sector companies will predominate, and the private sector will fill in the gaps where required.

What happened with India, really? Why are we what we are?

  1. India during the British Raj (1780/90 - 1947) - When the Britishers exploited India for nearly 150 years, we were the resource-suppliers to them. They controlled - directly and indirectly - all means of production/distribution, and could call for use any amount and type of resource as per their greed. India /Indians were neither capitalist, nor communist, nor mixed. We were guinea-pigs, living at the whims of the white landlords. And the landlords were smart-  when it suited them, they allowed some Indians to get real rich. Otherwise not.
  2. Multiple visions during the Independence Struggle (1885-1947) - Now we had a whole bunch of patriotic leaders, mostly under the Congress umbrella, who had multiple economic/social visions for what India should become after independence.
    - What were these visions?
    • First, Nehru was clear he would pursue a Fabian socialist model. The PSUs would dominate. Private sector would coexist.
    • Bose, it is said, wanted India to follow an authoritarian rule for 10/20 years post independence wherein the power of the State would be used to bring discipline and right momentum for growth.
    • Gandhiji wanted India to move towards an autonomous Gram-Swarajya model that would have villages at its focus, making the lacs of villages economically independent and India prosperous as a result. He was totally against a mighty State (which we have now become!)
    • Ambedkar was fiercely against the village-at-the-focus model proposed by Gandhiji for fear of Dalit-oppression at the hands of upper-caste Hindus (he openly said so in the Constituent Assembly). He wanted power to be centred in big urban centres, which would ultimately destroy caste and associated evils. In his words - 'Indian villages are the cesspools of oppression along casteist lines'.
    • There was no significant Congress leader who aggressively favoured a pure Communist rule for independent India.
  3. Absence of any mainstream armed Communist Party in India - Throughout the freedom struggle, no major Communist Party could emerge with a pan-India appeal, with armed resources at its disposal. Although several communist-minded leaders did exist, and there was a Communist Party of India, the sheer scale needed was missing. The way Mao Tse-tung organised (alongwith many others) an armed resistance to the KMT's rule in mainland China, there was no parallel in India. USSR had started supporting international communist groups / parties through the Comintern, but it did not work in India at all.
  4. British Raj's wariness against Communists - In 1917, the Bolshevik's led by Vladimir Lenin had violently seized power in Russia, and then killed all members of the ruling Romanov family. By 1922, USSR was established and by 1927, Stalin had exhibited all the desire to spread its influence world-wide (at least starting with Eastern Europe). The Communist International (Comintern) lasted 1919-1943. This had alarmed the British Raj as "bloody revolution" was a significant threat to their colonial existence. The Britishers did everything to crush any communist leaning individuals in India. By 1945, when the USSR emerged as a victorious party in the second World War, and parted ways with its earlier Allies (the US, UK and France), it was too late for a communist party to take hold in India. The modern-day Naxalites are the disillusioned fringe-groups who consider overthrow of Indian state using Maoist means their goal. They came into being after 1979.
  5. India starts off as a mixed economy, neither communist, nor capitalist (1947) - It so happened that Netaji Bose vanished in 1945, Nehru overruled the Gandhian economic vision (but accommodated its ideals as part of the Directive Principles of State Policy) and Ambedkar prevailed in implementing his vision. So all possibilities of India adopting a communist model ended. We became a mixed economy on Fabian Socialist lines. A smart adaptation was Nehru's copying the Soviet Central planning model (the 5 year plans started by Stalin) and incorporating it through the Planning Commission in India.
  6. Indian tradition as a backstop against Communism - If one looks at the deep history of India, the tradition of violence has always been over-shadowed by the culture of cohesion, assimilation and tolerance. This acted, in my opinion, as a major impediment for spread of communist ideology. Despite millions of oppressed peoples, it did not happen. Gandhiji's adoption of non-violent means as the prime method since 1918 may have turned the tide decisively against communism's success. Just compare the first picture in this post, with the following, which is a snapshot of Acharya Vinoba Bhave's land-gift movement (Bhoodaan Andolan) where millions of acres of land were donated free by landlords upon his non-violent exhortation.

So overall, a complex mix of national and global factors ensured that India turned a democratic socialist nation, in 1947. It seems to have been a good idea, as most of the communist nations have either collapsed (USSR), or have turned capitalist ultimately (China), or have ensured a miserable life for their citizens (N Korea).
